Changing the Landscape of Soil Transmitted Helminths in India Using a One Health Approach

Stool samples from human participants and associated animals for assessing the human and zoonotic Soil Transmitted Helminth infection in Tamil Nadu and Meghalaya, India. In addition to the human stool samples, fecal samples from companions and livestock animals owned by the household were also collected. Cattle (338); Dogs (428); Goat (107); Pigs (214); Sheep (19); Rabbits (3); Cats (1).
